Contact slide for microbiological hygiene control

Hygicult agar contact slides are intended for rapid monitoring of microbiological hygiene and / or suspected identification of microbes (total bacterial count, Enterobacteriaceae, yeasts, fungi and coliforms) on surfaces. The test can be performed on site, or the slides can be used as a handy transport medium for samples.

Hygicult TPC and dipslides.png Hygicult TPC (Total Platelet Count) is meant to follow the general hygiene status, since it promotes the growth of all types of bacteria, as well as yeasts and fungi.
Hygicult E and dipslides.png Hygicult E is intended for the detection of Enterobacteriaceae, a group of gram-negative bacteria.
Hygicult E beta GUR and dipslides.png In addition to Enterobacteriaceae, Hygicult E / β-GUR detects the presence of β-glucuronidase-positive organisms (such as E. coli).
Hygicult YF and dipslides.png Hygicult Y & F is intended for the detection of yeasts and fungi

Hygicult TPC and Hygicult E dipslides have been validated in a collaborative study in twelve laboratories. Hygicult TPC validation report has been approved by NMKL/Nordva
